The company God Technology (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') establishes and publicly discloses the following personal information processing guidelines in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act to protect the personal information of information subjects and to handle related grievances promptly and smoothly.

Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. The personal information being processed will not be used for purposes other than the following, and in the event that the purpose of use is changed, the Company plans to take necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

1. Membership registration and management on the website
The Company processes personal information for the purposes of verifying membership registration intention, identifying and authenticating individuals for member services, maintaining and managing membership qualifications, confirming identity due to the implementation of limited identity verification, preventing fraudulent use of services, confirming consent from legal representatives when processing personal information of children under 14 years old, and various notifications and grievance handling, among others.

2. Provision of goods or services
The Company processes personal information for the purposes of product delivery, service provision, sending contracts and invoices, providing content, offering tailored services, verifying identity, verifying age, payment and settlement of fees, and debt collection.

3. Grievance handling
The Company processes personal information for the purposes of verifying the identity of the complainant, confirming grievance matters, contacting and notifying for fact-finding investigations, and notifying processing results.

Article 2 (Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information)
① The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of personal information retention and use prescribed by the law or the period agreed upon when collecting personal information from the information subject.
② The respective processing and retention periods of personal information are as follows.

1. Membership registration and management on the website: Until the business/organization withdraws from the website
However, in cases that fall under the following reasons, until the reason ends
1) When investigations or inquiries are ongoing due to violations of relevant laws, until the investigation or inquiry ends
2) When there are remaining creditor and debtor relations due to use of the website, until the creditor and debtor relations are settled.

Article 3 (Rights of Users and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them)
① The information subjects can exercise the following personal information protection-related rights against the Company at any time.
1. Right to request access to personal information
2. Right to request correction in case of errors, etc.
3. Right to request deletion
4. Right to request suspension of processing
② The rights under Paragraph 1 can be exercised by means such as writing, telephone, email, or fax to the Company, which will take action without delay.
③ If the information subject requests correction or deletion of errors in personal information, the Company will not use or provide the personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.
④ Rights under Paragraph 1 can also be exercised through a legal representative or a delegated person. In this case, a power of attorney in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act Enforcement Rules Form No. 11 must be submitted.
⑤ The information subjects must not infringe upon the personal information and privacy of themselves or others while handling personal information processed by the Company in violation of related laws such as the Personal Information Protection Act.

Article 4 (Items of Personal Information Being Processed)
The Company processes the following personal information items.

Required items: Name, affiliated company, position/title, email, contact number

2. The following personal information items may be automatically generated and collected during the process of using internet services.
IP addresses, cookies, MAC addresses, service usage records, visit records, records of inappropriate use, etc.

Article 5 (Destruction of Personal Information)
① The Company will promptly destroy the relevant personal information when it is no longer necessary due to the expiration of the retention period or the achievement of the purpose of processing personal information.
② If the personal information retention period agreed upon by the information subject has expired or the purpose of processing has been achieved, but there is a need to retain personal information under other laws, the relevant personal information will be transferred to a separate database (DB) or retained in another location.
③ The procedure and method for destroying personal information are as follows.

1. Destruction Procedure
The Company selects personal information for which the reason for destruction has occurred, and destroys personal information with the approval of the Company’s personal information protection officer.

2. Destruction Method
The Company destroys personal information recorded and stored as electronic files in a manner that cannot be restored using methods such as Low Level Format, and personal information recorded and stored in paper documents is shredded or incinerated.

Article 6 (Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information)
The Company takes the following measures to ensure the security of personal information.
1. Administrative measures: Establishing and implementing internal management plans, regular employee training, etc.
2. Technical measures: Managing access rights to personal information processing systems, installing access control systems, encrypting unique identification information, installing security programs
3. Physical measures: Controlling access to computer rooms, data storage rooms, etc.

① The Company uses cookies to store user information and call it up frequently in order to provide individualized customized services for users.
